2020年9月10日，香港 – 百勝中國控股有限公司 （「百勝中國」或「公司」）（紐交所股票代號：YUMC及聯交所股票代號：9987），按2019年系統銷售額計為中國最大的餐飲企業，今天於香港聯合交易所有限公司（「聯交所」）主板正式掛牌，成功在香港上市。

公司股份將繼續於紐約證券交易所（「紐交所」）上市交易，公司於香港上市的股份與於紐交所上市的股份將完全可轉換。

百勝中國首席執行官屈翠容、百勝中國董事陳耀昌及汪洋，連同一衆高管團隊於上海主持敲鑼儀式。
