Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.  

 

On September 17, 2017, Ms. Christabel Lo notified Yum China Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that she intends to retire as the Company’s Chief People Officer, effective February 28, 2018.  The Company is conducting a search to identify a successor.
